  1. Primero. DIRIMIR el conflicto de jurisdicciones suscitado entre el Juzgado 002 Civil del Circuito de Ipiales, Nari�o, y el Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Pasto, Nari�o, en el sentido de DECLARAR que el Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Pasto, Nari�o, es la autoridad competente para conocer de la demanda ejecutiva promovida por la Cl�nica Nuestra Se�ora de los Remedios contra Mallamas EPS Ind�gena.
  2. Segundo. Por medio de la Secretar�a General de esta Corporaci�n, REMITIR el expediente CJU-7434 al Juzgado 008 Administrativo del Circuito de Pasto, Nari�o, para que proceda con lo de su competencia y comunique esta decisi�n al Juzgado 002 Civil del Circuito de Ipiales, Nari�o, a las partes e interesados en el tr�mite procesal. Notif�quese, comun�quese y c�mplase.
